Biodynamic Agriculture is an agronomic method based on the principles and insights developed by the scholar Rudolf Steiner in the 1920s, with the aim of counteracting the evident decline in the quality of food produced by agriculture due to the use of chemical fertilizers and intensive industrial farming methods.
Today, it is considered one of the most effective agronomic approaches for ensuring healthy, living agriculture capable of improving and enriching the soil in which it is applied, thereby guaranteeing its sustainability for the future. It yields fruits rich in flavor, with genuine nutritional value, and able to express the terroir in an authentic way.
