Rocca\u00eca is our most structured Vermentino. Bold and beguiling, with a vigorous, savory soul. It comes from Vermentino grapes grown according to biodynamic principles in one of our oldest vineyards, planted 35 years ago. This Vermentino spends time in wood to enrich its bouquet and soften its character. It presents a deep straw-yellow color with golden hues. On the nose, it offers renetta apple and bergamot, saline notes, hints of thyme and lemon balm, and vanilla fragrances. On the palate, it reveals itself fine and fresh, with pleasant softness and good persistence. A great Vermentino suited to aging.
