Made from a blend of three red grape varieties, it is the expression of a twelve-year-old vineyard trained with the Guyot method, planted at a density of four thousand vines per hectare, at one hundred twenty meters above sea level in the countryside of Monti. An elegant, aristocratic wine that ages in French oak barrels for several months, yielding a complex and articulate nose that moves between notes of red fruits like cherry and redcurrant, blended with more balsamic notes such as sage and mint, and floral hints of violet, all framed by whiffs of vanilla, a mushroom-rich forest floor, and woody, bois\u00e9 notes. On the palate, it shows all its elegance with a pleasant freshness and a soft, enveloping tannin.
