Undici
Vermentino Isola dei Nuraghi
Meet Undici, our Vermentino Isola dei Nuraghi: a fresh, immediate white wine, born from our grapes grown in the granite soils of Monti, in the heart of Gallura, using methods inspired by biodynamic farming. Its light, brilliant straw-yellow color hints at its lively character. On the nose, it offers fresh, fragrant notes of citrus, aromatic herbs, and white-fleshed fruit that invite the first sip. On the palate, it’s light, smooth, and pleasantly savory, with an easy, harmonious drinkability. It’s the ideal wine for aperitivo, but pairs just as naturally with seafood dishes, appetizers, and convivial moments.
