Zurrìa is a fresh, agile red made from Carignano, easy to drink yet capable of offering genuine depth and satisfaction. It comes from native red grapes grown in our Gallura vineyards and expresses all the vitality of the landscape that surrounds us.

Granitic sands
Native varieties, 12-year-old Guyot-trained vineyard, 4,000 vines per hectare
Hand-harvested in small crates at the end of September. Yield: 80 quintals per hectare
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25°C, with 12 days of maceration and frequent punch-downs
At least 4 months in stainless steel, where malolactic fermentation takes place, followed by 1 month in bottle before release
Ruby red with violet highlights
Elegant aromas of cherry and wild berries
Fresh and enveloping, fruity and moderately tannic
Excellent with ragù-based first courses and meat mains. Serve at 16-18°C
