Bovale IGT Isola dei Nuraghi
A pure Bovale made from biodynamically grown grapes. The nose offers strawberry, blackcurrant, and aromatic herbs. The palate is consistent, with black berries and plum, supported by good freshness, slightly green but never aggressive tannins, medium body, and a lingering finish shaped by sour cherry and cocoa. A natural wine, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Granitic sands, rich in iron with a good clay component
Three red grape varieties, Guyot-trained vines, 4,000 vines per hectare
Hand-harvested in small crates. Average yield: 50 quintals per hectare. Manual berry selection and optical sorting
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25°C, with at least 15 days of maceration and frequent punch-downs
12 months in first- and second-fill barriques, followed by a further 6 months in bottle
Ruby red
Elegant and intense aromas of ripe red fruit with refined balsamic and lightly oaked notes
Full and enveloping, with a harmonious, silky tannic texture
Excellent with ragù-based first courses and meat mains. Serve at 16-18°C
