Entu
Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T. Rosso
Entu carries the winds of Gallura within it, the same winds that shape the land and the faces of its winegrowers. Made from a blend of three red grape varieties, it expresses a twelve-year-old Guyot-trained vineyard planted at 4,000 vines per hectare, 120 meters above sea level in the countryside around Monti. Elegant and aristocratic, it matures for several months in French oak, developing a layered bouquet of cherry and currant, balsamic notes of sage and wild mint, floral violet tones, and hints of vanilla, woodland, and sweet spice. On the palate it is refined, fresh, and enveloping, with supple tannins. Excellent with red meats, aged cheeses, and feathered game.
