Vermentino di Gallura DOC
Petrizza is our Vermentino di Gallura, a label much loved on the tables of the Costa Smeralda. It comes from our own grapes, grown with biodynamically inspired practices on Gallura’s decomposed granitic soils. Bright and luminous in the glass, it opens with inviting fruit aromas and delivers a palate that is fresh, savory, and persistent. Ideal as an aperitif and a natural match for the seafood cuisine of northern Sardinia.

Granitic sands
100% Vermentino, Guyot-trained, 4,000 vines per hectare
Hand-harvested in small crates in the first half of September. Average yield: 80 quintals per hectare
Gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation
At least 3 months on fine lees and 1 month in bottle before release
Straw yellow with greenish highlights
Elegant floral and fruit aromas with citrus notes
Fresh and fruity, with a typical almond finish
A perfect Sardinian aperitif. Excellent with seafood starters, shellfish, and fish-based first courses. Serve at 10-12°C
